To apply for admission to St. Anastasia School, please follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Once you have decided St. Anastasia is the right choice for your child, fill out the online application below for the 2025-2026 school year and pay the $50 non-refundable application fee**. Please note that application and payment does not guarantee admission due to waiting lists in several grades.
2025-2026 Application is now open
Students applying for the three-year-old program, must be 3 on or before September 1 of the school year for which they are registering. Students applying for the four-year-old program must, be 4 on or before September 1 of the school year for which they are registering. Children must be potty trained.
Step 2:
Once the application is complete, the Enrollment Coordinator will contact your family to schedule a student screening. Bring all required documents to the screening. Applications will not be reviewed until all items are
received. All new families (K-8) will be required to interview with the principal.

Step 3:
Upon acceptance, you will receive an email to login to your family portal, and complete your enrollment packet.
The enrollment packet should be completed with 3 days of receipt. If you are registered at a Catholic Church, please fill out the Catholic Church Registration Form (see above link) and provide the completed form, signed by the Church, to the front office.
Step 4
For Grades K-8: Apply for Step Up for Students Scholarship, all students K-8 are eligible regardless of income. The estimated award amount for the 2025-2026 school year is $8,500 for grades K-3 and $7,800 for grades 4-8. Step Up for Students new and renewal applications for 2025-2026 will open in early February.
For Grades PreK3 -8: If your child has a medical diagnosis, IEP, speech or language impairment, be sure to look into the Step Up For Students Unique Abilities Scholarship. You can only apply for one scholarship at a time so apply early.

Once your student has been accepted into the school and awarded a Step Up For Students Scholarship, you will receive an award ID number. Log into Step Up (EMA), go to My Students and click View to find the Award ID page. Please enter your Award ID information into the link below which is needed so we can enroll your student with Step Up. Re-enrollment for returning families will begin on January 14, 2025 the packet is due by February 7, 2025. Please log into your Family Portal Link, click on Apply/Enroll to complete the online re-enrollment packet. During this process you will have the ability to update your family information.
