St. Anastasia Catholic School offers an award-winning Athletic Program to students beginning in fifth grade. We are proud that in addition to consistently winning awards during competition, our Athletic Program also helps our students help develop teamwork, discipline, social skills and self-esteem. Students are prepared for increasingly competitive high school sports.
All athletes must have a current sports physical on file with the school. All students who participate on a team are responsible for a $100 sports fee and be required to donate a case of sports drinks or water for the team.
The eligibility requirements for participation in Interscholastic Sports and Cheerleading are:

Health and Wellness
The Saint Anastasia Catholic School and Church Community is committed to providing a safe and
nurturing environment rooted in the Gospel of Jesus Christ, where Catholic doctrine and values are
integrated with a challenging curriculum.
Through effective and innovative instruction, a balanced and healthy lifestyle, and active participation
in the Sacramental life of the church, the faculty and staff work together with families to develop
foundations on which our children can build their lives.

Physical education plays an important role in the development of the whole child. Our P.E. program, which begins in kindergarten, incorporates the use of a variety of activities and equipment in a progressive manner to meet the needs of the children as they develop. All classes are taught with an emphasis on having fun, being active, developing high self-esteem and instilling the desire to continue with physical activities in future years. Group interaction and sportsmanship are a part of all the student’s daily routines.
St. Anastasia Catholic School's Athletic Program is part of the Treasure Coast Athletic Conference and includes boys basketball, co-ed soccer, girls basketball, girls volleyball, cheerleading, boys flag football, tennis, golf and girls flag football. To tryout and participate in a sport, the Florida High School Athletic Association Preparticipation Physical Form must be completed and turned into the school office. Click on the form below.
